Howie Mandel Has ADHD

Howie Mandel, host of Deal or No Deal, is bringing awareness to ADHD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, in adults through Adult ADHD Is Real, the national multimedia public service announcement campaign. According to PRNewsire, the campaign and it’s website AdultADHDIsReal.com, have been developed by a coalition of groups dedicated to ADHD education and awareness, made possible by Shire.

“When I was in high school, my impulsivity led me to all kinds of acts and pranks. I had trouble sitting still and could hardly focus or pay attention in class. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I was diagnosed with ADHD,” said Howie. “I’m involved in the Adult ADHD Is Real campaign because I want adults to know that it’s never too late to seek help for ADHD. I hope that sharing my story encourages people to seek help. I didn’t let ADHD prevent me from achieving my goals and neither should anyone else.”

Britney Goes on Trial for Traffic Offense

Britney Spears goes on trial, Wednesday, Oct 15th, in a Van Nuys, California court, on a charge of driving without a license, after more than a year of legal bickering.

Britney, is not required to attend because it’s considered only a misdemeanor case. However, the pop star faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine.

The trial will start the jury selection which is expected to last a few days.

Britney Spears, 26, chose trial by jury after rejecting a plea deal of one year’s probation and a $150 fine.

Britney’s attorney, Michael Flanagan, who turned down twice the prosecutors’ plea deal, says: “My client will never plead guilty to this charge, which should be reduced to an infraction”. “We’ll appeal any conviction.”

Spears was charged for a hit-and-run charge back in August 2007. The charge was eventually dropped after she paid the other driver for damages, but the driving without a license charge stuck.

At the time, Britney Spears had a Louisiana license, but later got a California license.

Madonna Guy Richie Divorce - Breaking News Daily

According to Madonna’s people, Madonna and Guy Richie are headed for divorce court.

A source told The Sun: “It’s very sad. They were a great couple and brilliant parents. They just couldn’t live together any more.”

Friends say, Madonna and Guy Richie, at first wanted to wait until next year to make the announcement, after Madonna finished her Sticky and Sweet global tour.

But as it turns out, Madonna, 50, and brittish movie director Guy Richie, 40, would rather have a divorce finalized before Christmas - which, by the way, would have been the eighth anniversary of their wedding in a Scottish castle.

The source went on to say, “Despite huge attempts to patch things up they both knew deep down that divorce was on the cards.

“It wasn’t a matter of ‘if’ buy ‘when’. “The final straw came before Madonna started her US tour…”

“But a series of rows around Guy’s 40th birthday last month were so bad that Madge ended up storming out of the house and Guy’s had enough.

“Guy said if they were going to split, it has to be now — and their marriage will finally be over in a matter of weeks.

“Madonna was dithering at first about whether a separation would be best or whether to go ahead with the divorce.

“She has now agreed with Guy that a divorce is the best thing to do.”

The Mary Kay Letourneau Story: All-American Girl

Marry Fualaau from California, formerly known as Mary Kay Letourneau, a former schoolteacher famous for having an affair with a 13-year old student. She gave birth to two children by the student, Vili Fualaau, and later married him after being convicted of statutory rape, and several years locked up in prison.

Once released on parole in 2004, Letourneau had to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.

The boy student Fualaau, who was then 21 years old, applied to the court to lift the no-contact order, and the request was granted.

Mary Kay Letourneau and Vili Fualaau were married on May 20, 2005 in Seattle, Washington in a ceremony covered by the media.

Mary Kay Letourneau now goes by the legal name of Mary Fualaau.

Twin Baby Girls for Lisa Marie and Grandchildren for Priscilla Presley

Lisa Marie Presley’s publicist has confirmed Lisa Marie has become a mother again.

A statment said Presley gave birth by Caesarean section. The statement said: “Babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home.”

It was also reported the birth took place somewhere on the West Coast but details were not given.

Lisa Marie Presley’s children are her first with hubby music producer, Michael Lockwood. The twin baby girls were welcomed on Tuesday, October 7th.
