Olympic athlete, Leryn Franco, Paraguayan javelin thrower, wowed the catwalk this week. Leryn Franco 26-year old model, who competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, really worked the catwalk with revealing sexy lingerie and tops at a recent fashion show.

The fabulous Leryn while competing in javelin events, has also been a part time model and bikini contestant for years.

Leryn Franco was the runner-up in the Miss Paraguay beauty pageant and Miss Bikini Universe contest.

Thanks to her athletic great looks, Leryn became an internet sensation this summer at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which has helped in boosting her modeling career.

“Modeling is a way for me to continue with my sport,” Franco said, “The hours are flexible, and you can earn good money through photographic modeling and the catwalk.”

Leryn Franco was born 1982 in Asuncion, Paraguay. She’s 5′8″ tall and 123 lbs.

Leryn is reportedly dating Novak Djokovic, a 21-year old Serbian tennis player, currently ranked No.3 in the world.

Lakisha Jones former American Idol star tied the knot with boyfriend financial adviser, Larry Davis.

The couple were united in California on Sunday afternoon at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Beverly Hills, California in front of family, friends and fellow season six contestants including, Melinda Doolittle, Gina Glocksen, Haley Scarnato and Sanjaya Malakar.

Jones was beautiful in a white strapless gown as her daughter Brionne, five, was both her flower girl and junior bridesmaid.

Sanjaya Malakar told to People.com: “I’m just so happy for her. I’m happy for her future, I’m happy for her daughter that they can be a family. It’s all that I could ever wish for her”

Barbados is the destination for the newlyweds honeymoon plans.
